Intense Heat (of the weather) is from the Breath of Hellfire

 Intense heat that people feel in the world is from the breath and puff of Hell. Inspite of this, some may die due to the intense heat, while some others may fall sick due to heat stroke and other heat related Illnesses. The Messenger of Allah salla alayhi wa sallam said:

´´In very hot weather delay the Dhuhr prayer till it becomes (a bit) cooler because the severity of heat is from the raging of Hellfire. The Hellfire of Hell complained to its Lord saying: ´O Lord! My parts are eating (destroying) one another.´ So Allah permitted it to take two brothers; one in the winter and the other in the summer. The breath in the summer is at the time when you feel the severest heat and the breath in the winter is at the time when you feel the severst cold.´´112

We ask Alah for safety and mercy - Ameen.

Voluntary Fasting

 Fasting is one of the major acts of worship with which Allah redeems the fasting person from the Fire. The Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam said: ´´Fasting is a shield against the Fire (of Hell) just like the shield one of you would use during fighting.´´80 The supererogatory fasting has its virtue. The Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam said: ´´He who observes fast for a day in the path of Allah, He will remove his face from the Hell due to (the fast of) that day to the extent of seventy years.´ distance.´´81 The phrase ´in the path of Allah´ could either mean fasting a day sincerely, intending the pleasure of Allah; or fasting in the course of a military expedition in the path of Allah.

Backbiter and Tale-Bearer

 A backbiter is the individual who indugles in backiting which involves mentioning about your brother that which he would detest. The tale-bearer is the person who varries bad tale among the people in order to cause disaffection among them. These sins cause pervading tribulations, and enormous corruption also stems from them. Their perpetrators are among the worst of people and due to their capricious tongue, they speak as dictated by their whims and desires.  Their situation at the time of resurrection will be appalling as the Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam mentioned, Whoever eats the flesh of his brother in the world (i.e. bacjbites), he will be presented to him on the Day of Resurrection and it will be said to him, Eat his dead as you have eaten him alive. He would eat him and he would scowl and scream.
