Introduction

Allah sent messengers as bearers of glad tidings and warners; and people will be held responsible on the Day of resurrection for their stance concerning these messengers and their messages. Allah says:

´´And We never punish until We have sent a Messenger (to give warning).´´ (Al-Israa: 15)

Our Lord did not leave mankind in vain; rather, He sent messengers and revealed divine books. Allah will not destroy a community with punishment except after sending a message to warn them. Allah says concerning the Hellfire on the Day of Resurrection:

´´It almost bursts up with fury. Every time a group is cast therein, its keeper will ask: ´Did no warner come to you?´ They will say: ´Yes indeed; a warner did come to us, but we belied him and said: ´´Allah never snt down anything (of revelation), you are only in great eror.´´´´´ (al-Mulk: 8-9)

Whomever the truth reaches and is steadfast on it and follows the light with which Muhammad salla alayhi wa salam was sent, such has been guided and be will receive the result of his guidance. Whoever is misguided from the truth and deviated from the path of righteousness will equally reap the repercussion of his deviation. No one will bear the sin of another and the criminal will bear the consequences of his crimes.
