Miscarriage of justice

Allah revelaed the Shari´ah to establish fariness and equity, and commands His servants to be just. He says:

´´Verily, Allah enjoins al-adl (i.e. justice and worshipping none but Allah alone - Islamic Monotheism) and al-ihsan [i.e. to be patient in performing your duties to Allah, totally for Allah´s sake and in accordance with the Sunnah (legal ways) of the Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam in a perfect manner], and giving (help) to kith and kin (i.e. all that Allah has ordered you to give them e.g. wealth, visiting, looking after them, or any other kind og help, etc.): and forbidt al-fahsha´ (i.e. all evil deeds, e.g. illegal sexual acts, disobedience of parrents, polytheism, to teel lies, to give false witness, to kill a life without right, etc.) and al-munkar (i.e. all that is prohibited by Islam law: polytheism of every kind, disbeliev and every kind of evil deeds, etc.), and al-boghy (i.e. all kinds of oppression). He admonishes you, that you may take heed.´´ (An-Nahl: 90)

Whoever assumes the responsibility of settling disputes, giving verdicts and judgment and he acts unjustly or accept bribes and usurps other people´s rghte deserves Hellfire.

The Messenger of Allah salla alayhi wa sallam said:

´´´Judges are of three types, one of whom will go to Paradise and two to Hell. The one who will go to Paradise is a man who knows the truth and gives judgment accordingly; but a man who knows what is right and acts tyrannically in his judgment will go to Hell; and a man who gives judgment for people when he is ignorant will go to Hell.´´135
