What to say after Wudu´

 ´Uqbah bin Amir narrated: We were charged with the duty of tending the camels. On my shift when I vame back in the evening after grazing them in the pasures, I found the Messenger of Allah salla alayhi wa sallam standing and addressing the people. I heard him say: ´´If a Muslim performs Wudu´ well, then stands and prays two Rak´ah concentrating with his hearts as well as his face, Jannah becomes due to him.´´ I said: ´´How first was even better than this.´´ When I lokked, I saw that it was ´Umar bin Khattab who said: ´´If one of you performs the Wudu´ properly and then says: ´I testify that there is no true God but Allah and that Muhammad,´ is the slave of Allah, and His Messenger,´´ the eight gates of Jannah will be opened to enter it through any one he wishes.´´

Voluntary Fasting

 Fasting is one of the major acts of worship with which Allah redeems the fasting person from the Fire. The Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam said: ´´Fasting is a shield against the Fire (of Hell) just like the shield one of you would use during fighting.´´80 The supererogatory fasting has its virtue. The Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam said: ´´He who observes fast for a day in the path of Allah, He will remove his face from the Hell due to (the fast of) that day to the extent of seventy years.´ distance.´´81 The phrase ´in the path of Allah´ could either mean fasting a day sincerely, intending the pleasure of Allah; or fasting in the course of a military expedition in the path of Allah.

Backbiter and Tale-Bearer

 A backbiter is the individual who indugles in backiting which involves mentioning about your brother that which he would detest. The tale-bearer is the person who varries bad tale among the people in order to cause disaffection among them. These sins cause pervading tribulations, and enormous corruption also stems from them. Their perpetrators are among the worst of people and due to their capricious tongue, they speak as dictated by their whims and desires.  Their situation at the time of resurrection will be appalling as the Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam mentioned, Whoever eats the flesh of his brother in the world (i.e. bacjbites), he will be presented to him on the Day of Resurrection and it will be said to him, Eat his dead as you have eaten him alive. He would eat him and he would scowl and scream.
