As For The Fate of The Earth

It will be as the Messenger of Allah salla alayhi wa sallam said,

The Earth will turn to be one single bread on the Day of Resurrection and the Almighty would turn in His hand as one of you turns a loaf while on a journey, It would. It would be a feast arranged in the honour of the people of Paradise.

A person from among the Juws came and he said, Abu Al-Qasim, may the Compassionate Lord be pleased with you! May I inform you about the feast arranged in honour of the people of Paradise on the Day of Resurrevtion? He said, Do it, of course. The Jew said, The earth would become one single bread. Then Allahs Messenger salla alayhi wa sallam looked towards his companions and laughed until his molar teeth became visible. He (the Jew) then said, May I inform you about that with which they would season it? He said, Do it, of course. He said, Their seasoning would be baalaam and Noon. The companions of the Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam said, What are these?. Ox and fish from whose extra lobe of liver seventy thousand people will be able to eat.

The Crushing of The mountains

When the Trumpet is blown on the Day of Resurrevtion, the earth and all the solid and well entrenched mountains that are on it, all the towering trees, plants and shrubs would be crushed with a single crushing.

Allah says,

Then when the Trumpet will be blown with one blowing (the first one) and the earth and the mountains shall be removed from their places, and crushed with a single crushing. Then on that Day shall the (creat) Event befall (Surah Al-Haaqqah: 13-15)

The mountains will turn to fine sand as Allah says,

On the Day when the earth and the mountains will be violent shake, and the mountains will be a heap of sand poured out and flowing down. (Surah Al-Muzammil: 14)

Due to the intensity of the terror and quake, the mountains will become like carded tender wool after they been solid and firmly entrenched. This is as Allah says,

And the mountains will be like carded wool. ( Surah Al-Qariah: 5)

Allah will remove the mountains from their positions and no mountain will remain on the surface of the earth as Allah says,

And the mountains shall be moved away from their places and they will be as if they were a mirage. (Surah An-Naha: 20)

Yes, the mountains will become as if they were a mirage, just as sand appears to be water to an observer from the distance but when he draws near, he finds nothing. The mountains will be pulverzied and they will become dust with which the wind plays as Allah says,

And they ask you concerning the mountains, say, My Lord will blast them and scatter them as partiicles of fust. Then he shall have it as a level smooth plain. You will see therein nothing crooked or curead. (Surah TaHa: 105-107)
