The Situation of The Gathering of the Disbelievers

 Everyone will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection according to there deeds. It will be alleviated for the believers and severe for the disbelievers due to the intensity of the wrath against them, agitation and anxiety of their hearts, tremor of their bodies and intensity of their perspiration. Some of them would be gathered in situation suggesting humiliation and belitting, Some of the disbelievers will be resurrected on their faces as Allah mentions.

And We shall gather them together on the Day of Resurrection on their faces, blind, dumb and deaf, their abode will be Hell; whenever it abates, We shall increase for them the fierencess of the Fire. (Surah Al-Israa: 97)

In the hadith of Anas, a man said, O Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam of Allah, (how will) the disbelievers be gathered on his face on the Day of Resurrection(?) The Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam replied,

Is the one who makes them walk on their legs in the world not able to make them walk on their faces on the Day og Qiyaamah?

They will be resurrected thirsty as Allah says,

And We shall drive the Mujrimun (polutheists), sinners, criminals, disbelievers in the Oneness oof Allah, etc.) to Hell, in a thirsty state (like a thirsty herd driven down to water) Surah Maryam: 86)

The word wirdan in the statement of Allah means thirst.

In the legthy hadith of intercession, the Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam said concerning the disbeievers who worshipped other than Allah ans associated Partners with Him,

It will he said to them, What do tou want now? They will say, O our Lord! We ar thirsty, so give us something to drink. They will be directed and addressed thus, Will tou drink, whereupon they will be gothered unto Hell (fire) which lokk like a mirage whose different sides will be destrouing each other. Then they will fall into the Fire.

The First Person to be Clothed

The first person to be clothed is Ibraheem (peave be upon him) as the Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam mentioned,

O Peole! you will be gathered before Allah bare-footed, naked and not circumcised. Then he qupted the verse of the Quran,

As we began the first creation, we shall repeat it, (it is) a promise binding upon Us. Truly, We shall do it. (surah al-Anbiyaa: 104). the first of the human beings to be dressed on the Day of Resurrection, will be Ibraheem (peace be upon him).

Then Allah will clothed the believers for they are more honorable in the Sight of Allah that they be left naked like the rest of the people. They will be clothed in garments of Honour. A mount will be prepared for them according to their righteous deeds and it will carry each one of them to his safe place and seat of honour and dignity.

Voluntary Fasting

 Fasting is one of the major acts of worship with which Allah redeems the fasting person from the Fire. The Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam said: ´´Fasting is a shield against the Fire (of Hell) just like the shield one of you would use during fighting.´´80 The supererogatory fasting has its virtue. The Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam said: ´´He who observes fast for a day in the path of Allah, He will remove his face from the Hell due to (the fast of) that day to the extent of seventy years.´ distance.´´81 The phrase ´in the path of Allah´ could either mean fasting a day sincerely, intending the pleasure of Allah; or fasting in the course of a military expedition in the path of Allah.

Backbiter and Tale-Bearer

 A backbiter is the individual who indugles in backiting which involves mentioning about your brother that which he would detest. The tale-bearer is the person who varries bad tale among the people in order to cause disaffection among them. These sins cause pervading tribulations, and enormous corruption also stems from them. Their perpetrators are among the worst of people and due to their capricious tongue, they speak as dictated by their whims and desires.  Their situation at the time of resurrection will be appalling as the Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam mentioned, Whoever eats the flesh of his brother in the world (i.e. bacjbites), he will be presented to him on the Day of Resurrection and it will be said to him, Eat his dead as you have eaten him alive. He would eat him and he would scowl and scream.
