Iqamah should be called when the Imam comes out

 265. Jabir bin Samurah narrated: Bilal called the Adhan when the sun declined, but did not call Iqamah until the Peophet salla alayhi wa sallam came out. When he came out, (Bilal) called the Iqamah on seeing him.
