Moderation in Sujud (prostrations) and to keep away elbows (from the sides)

 300. Anas barrated that the Messenger of Allah salla alayhi wa sallam said: ´´Be moderate in prostrations, and let none of you stretch out his forearms (on the ground) like a dog.´´
