Embezzling From The War Booty

 Al-Ghuluul is embezzling from the spoils of war before it is destributet among the mujahideen. Al-Ghaneemah is the body that is obtained by Muslim worriors from the property of their enemy after victory over them. Allah has warned those who embezzle.

It is not for any Prophet to take illegally a part of booty (Ghulul), and whosoever deceives his companions as regards the booty, he shall bring forth on the Day of Resurrevtion that which he took (illegally). Then every person shall be paid in full what he has earned, - and they shall not be dealt with unjustly. (Surah Aal-Imran: 161)

Due to enormity of the crime of embezzlement, the Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam strove to caution his companions against it. On the authority of Abu Hurayrah who narrated,

One day the Messenger of Allah salla alayhi wa sallam stood among us (to deliver a sermon), He spoke about the misappropriation of booty, and declared it to be a serious matter and a grave sin. Then he added,

I should not find that any of you should come of the Day of Judgment with a growling camel mounted on his neck, and should appeal to me for help saying, Messenger of Allah salla alayhi wa sallam help me, And I will say, I have no authority to help you; I already conceyed to you (Allahs Message).

I should not find that any of you should come of the Day of Judgment with a neighing horse mounted on his nick, and he should say to me, Messenger of Allah salla alayhi wa sallam helt me. and I will say, I have no authority to helt you; i conveyed to you.

I should not find that one of you should come on the Day of Judgment with a person crying loudly mounted on his nick, and he should say to me, Messenger of Allah salla alayhi wa sallam, help me, and I will say, I have no autorthy to helt you; i Conceyed to you.

I shouldn´t find that any one of you should come of the Day of Judgment with fluttering clothes wrapped round his nick and he should say to me, Messenger of Allah salla alayhi wa sallam help me, and I will say, I have no authority to help you, I conceyed to you. 

Be brought carrying on his back and on his nick what he has missapropriated and stole and he will be punished by the conveyance, exhausted by their weight, terrified by their sounds, disgraced by the revelation of his perfidy in the public.

Voluntary Fasting

 Fasting is one of the major acts of worship with which Allah redeems the fasting person from the Fire. The Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam said: ´´Fasting is a shield against the Fire (of Hell) just like the shield one of you would use during fighting.´´80 The supererogatory fasting has its virtue. The Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam said: ´´He who observes fast for a day in the path of Allah, He will remove his face from the Hell due to (the fast of) that day to the extent of seventy years.´ distance.´´81 The phrase ´in the path of Allah´ could either mean fasting a day sincerely, intending the pleasure of Allah; or fasting in the course of a military expedition in the path of Allah.

Backbiter and Tale-Bearer

 A backbiter is the individual who indugles in backiting which involves mentioning about your brother that which he would detest. The tale-bearer is the person who varries bad tale among the people in order to cause disaffection among them. These sins cause pervading tribulations, and enormous corruption also stems from them. Their perpetrators are among the worst of people and due to their capricious tongue, they speak as dictated by their whims and desires.  Their situation at the time of resurrection will be appalling as the Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam mentioned, Whoever eats the flesh of his brother in the world (i.e. bacjbites), he will be presented to him on the Day of Resurrection and it will be said to him, Eat his dead as you have eaten him alive. He would eat him and he would scowl and scream.
