The Lying King
This is a warning because what naturally impels people to lies is the desire to raise their prestige in the eyes of other people. So they fabricate stories and heroic tales to raise their personal worth in their perception. Perhaps he also tells a lie in order to drew peoples attention to himself or to abtain some wordly benefit.
However, in the case of a king, he is in no nedd of that because people have already turned their attention to him and they exalt him. The world has also been spread befor him, so what is his incentive to lie other that his bad personality and disregard for the laws of Allah and failure to esteem his Lord. This does not however mean that lying is permitted for other than kings, rather lying leads to obsenity and obsenity leads to the Hellfire.
