The Stars and The Planets

 On the Day Resirrectopm. tje stars in their different shapes, dimensions, intensity of light and beauty will fall, be extinguished and lose their gravity as Allah says,

And when the stars shall fall. (Surah Al-Takweer: 2)

And He also says,

Then when the stars lose their light. (Surah Al-Mursalaat: 8)

This will be followed by the scattering of the planets that are connected to that stars by gravity as Allah says,

And when that stars have fallen and scattered. (Surah Al-Infitaar: 2)

Allah also says,

Verily! Allah graps the heavens and the earth lest they move away from their places, and if they were to move away from their places, there is not one that could graps them after Him. Truly, He is Ever Most Forbearing, OFt-Forgiving. (Surah Faatir: 41)

What Stars Will Suffer This Fate?

Answer: Allah knows best concerning that. We do not know whether it is the planets in our galaxy or the entire stars in the sky. No one know the number of the stars in the sky and their position except allah. Allah the Exalted says,

So I swear by Mawaqi (seeting or the mansions etc.) of the stars (they traverse). And verily, that is indeed a great oath, if you but know. (Surah Al-Waaqi´ah: 75-76)

Nevertheless, we believe that the stars will fall.

All of these events and transformations will take place before the resurrevtion of creation and then they will be gathered on the plain of assembly. But how will they be resurrected and what will happen to them at the plain of assembly?

Voluntary Fasting

 Fasting is one of the major acts of worship with which Allah redeems the fasting person from the Fire. The Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam said: ´´Fasting is a shield against the Fire (of Hell) just like the shield one of you would use during fighting.´´80 The supererogatory fasting has its virtue. The Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam said: ´´He who observes fast for a day in the path of Allah, He will remove his face from the Hell due to (the fast of) that day to the extent of seventy years.´ distance.´´81 The phrase ´in the path of Allah´ could either mean fasting a day sincerely, intending the pleasure of Allah; or fasting in the course of a military expedition in the path of Allah.

Backbiter and Tale-Bearer

 A backbiter is the individual who indugles in backiting which involves mentioning about your brother that which he would detest. The tale-bearer is the person who varries bad tale among the people in order to cause disaffection among them. These sins cause pervading tribulations, and enormous corruption also stems from them. Their perpetrators are among the worst of people and due to their capricious tongue, they speak as dictated by their whims and desires.  Their situation at the time of resurrection will be appalling as the Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam mentioned, Whoever eats the flesh of his brother in the world (i.e. bacjbites), he will be presented to him on the Day of Resurrection and it will be said to him, Eat his dead as you have eaten him alive. He would eat him and he would scowl and scream.
