Introduction

 Racing to Paradise is the path of the believers and the goal of the Unitarians. They are the most deserving of entering among Allah´s creatures and will precede others to it. The first person to enter Paradise is our Prophet Muhammad salla alayhi wa sallam. There is no doubt that our Prophet Muhammad salla alayhi wa sallam will precede other in entering Paradise and this is indicative of the honour and distinction Allah has granted him. He is the first for whom the gate of Paradise will be opened. The Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam said:

´´I will have the largest followers among the Prophets on the Day of Resurrection and I will be the first to knock at the gate of Paradise´´164

The Messenger of Allah salla alayhi wa sallam also said:

´´I will come to the gate of Paradise on the Day of Resurrection and will seek its opening and the keeper will say: ´Who are you?´ I will say: ´Muhammad.´ He will then say: ´It is for you that I have been ordered that I should not open ot for anyone before you.´´´165

Voluntary Fasting

 Fasting is one of the major acts of worship with which Allah redeems the fasting person from the Fire. The Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam said: ´´Fasting is a shield against the Fire (of Hell) just like the shield one of you would use during fighting.´´80 The supererogatory fasting has its virtue. The Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam said: ´´He who observes fast for a day in the path of Allah, He will remove his face from the Hell due to (the fast of) that day to the extent of seventy years.´ distance.´´81 The phrase ´in the path of Allah´ could either mean fasting a day sincerely, intending the pleasure of Allah; or fasting in the course of a military expedition in the path of Allah.

Backbiter and Tale-Bearer

 A backbiter is the individual who indugles in backiting which involves mentioning about your brother that which he would detest. The tale-bearer is the person who varries bad tale among the people in order to cause disaffection among them. These sins cause pervading tribulations, and enormous corruption also stems from them. Their perpetrators are among the worst of people and due to their capricious tongue, they speak as dictated by their whims and desires.  Their situation at the time of resurrection will be appalling as the Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam mentioned, Whoever eats the flesh of his brother in the world (i.e. bacjbites), he will be presented to him on the Day of Resurrection and it will be said to him, Eat his dead as you have eaten him alive. He would eat him and he would scowl and scream.
