The First Call

 This is from the people of Paradise to the people of Hell after the people of Jannah have enjoyed their comfort and found that all that Allah had promised them is real. Paradise is real, Hellfire is real, and their enjoyment and torment are real. The people of Paradise will imagine in their hearts what the condition of those who used to dispute in the world about the reality of Paradise and hell, and who revelled in their fortune and comfortable living will be, for they neither retracted from evil nor desired to do good. Then the people of Paradise will call out to the people of Hellfire:

´´And the dwellers of Paradise will call out to the dwellers of the Fire (Saying): ´We have indeed found true what our Lord had promised us; have you also found true, what your Lord promised (warnings, etc.)?´ They shall say: ´Yes, ´Then a crier will proclaim between them: ´The Curse of Allah is on the zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.). Those who hindered (men) from the Path of Allah, and would seek to make it crooked, and they were disbelievers in the Hereafter.´´´ (Al-Araaf: 44-45)

COnsequently, the denizens of the Fire will cry our in self-imprecation; but of what use will it be them!

Salvation

 None will be saved on the Day of Resurrection except he who used to worship alah alone with Whom there is no associate. As for the other gods, they will lead their adherents into the Fire.

Voluntary Fasting

 Fasting is one of the major acts of worship with which Allah redeems the fasting person from the Fire. The Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam said: ´´Fasting is a shield against the Fire (of Hell) just like the shield one of you would use during fighting.´´80 The supererogatory fasting has its virtue. The Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam said: ´´He who observes fast for a day in the path of Allah, He will remove his face from the Hell due to (the fast of) that day to the extent of seventy years.´ distance.´´81 The phrase ´in the path of Allah´ could either mean fasting a day sincerely, intending the pleasure of Allah; or fasting in the course of a military expedition in the path of Allah.

Backbiter and Tale-Bearer

 A backbiter is the individual who indugles in backiting which involves mentioning about your brother that which he would detest. The tale-bearer is the person who varries bad tale among the people in order to cause disaffection among them. These sins cause pervading tribulations, and enormous corruption also stems from them. Their perpetrators are among the worst of people and due to their capricious tongue, they speak as dictated by their whims and desires.  Their situation at the time of resurrection will be appalling as the Prophet salla alayhi wa sallam mentioned, Whoever eats the flesh of his brother in the world (i.e. bacjbites), he will be presented to him on the Day of Resurrection and it will be said to him, Eat his dead as you have eaten him alive. He would eat him and he would scowl and scream.
