Neglecting salat is an act of infidelity

 204. Jabir narrated: I heard the Messenger of Allah salla alayhi wa sallam as saying: ´´The leaving of Salat (the prayer) is (the difference) between man and shirk (polytheism) and Kufr (disbelief).´´
